AppTweak pricing in 2026: every plan, what it actually costs, and cheaper alternatives

AppTweak publishes its prices, which already makes it easier to budget for than most of the category. What the published page does not make obvious is that AppTweak sells five separate subscriptions, that every self-serve ASO tier includes exactly one seat, and that the figure most comparison articles quote is the annual rate rather than the monthly one. Here is every tier, read off the pricing page in September 2026, and what a solo developer actually ends up paying.

AppTweak is five subscriptions, not one

Most people who ask what AppTweak costs mean ASO Intelligence, the keyword and competitor product. That is one of five product lines on the pricing page, each with its own tiers and its own bill: ASO Intelligence, Campaign Manager for Apple Ads, App Reviews Manager, Market Intelligence, and the API. Buying one does not give you any of the others, which is the single most common surprise in a first AppTweak quote.

ASO Intelligence pricing, tier by tier

These are the list prices shown on apptweak.com in September 2026, with the currency selector on euros. The monthly column is what you pay on a rolling monthly subscription; the annual column is the same plan invoiced for a year up front.

All four tiers cover 100+ countries and languages, and all three self-serve tiers come with a 7-day free trial you can cancel at any time. Reports are capped per tier as well, at 10, 15 and 20 respectively, and team workspaces are listed as zero on every plan below Enterprise.

Why other sites say AppTweak costs 79 a month

Because that is the annual rate divided by twelve, which is how AppTweak's pricing page displays it by default. The rolling monthly price for Essential is EUR 99. Twelve of those is EUR 1,188 against an annual invoice of EUR 949, so committing to a year saves EUR 239, about 20%. On Grow and Grow Plus the discount is exactly two months, 16.7%: EUR 3,588 becomes EUR 2,990, and EUR 7,188 becomes EUR 5,990.

One seat on every self-serve plan

This is the limit that catches small teams out. The comparison table on AppTweak's own pricing page lists Seats as 1 for Essential, 1 for Grow and 1 for Grow Plus, with Custom reserved for Enterprise. Domains are likewise capped at one, and team workspaces at zero. A two-person studio on Essential is either sharing a login or paying twice.

The API is a separate subscription

If you want programmatic access, whether for a dashboard, a script or an AI agent, that is its own product with its own tiers. It is priced on credits, and the entry tier costs more than twice what the entry ASO plan costs.

Every API tier includes MCP access and ten years of historical data. AppTweak positions Pro at EUR 299 a month as the indie developer tier. That is roughly what the whole ASO product costs at the Grow level, and it is a separate line on the invoice.

Review management is another subscription again

App Reviews Manager is priced by reply volume rather than by apps: EUR 99 a month for 500 replies, EUR 299 a month for 1,500, with a 5,000-reply option above that and an Enterprise tier for automation and AI tagging. The Medium tier includes unlimited apps and 5 seats, which is more generous on seats than any ASO Intelligence plan.

Campaign Manager is free until you are spending real money

The Apple Ads side is the most generous thing AppTweak sells. Monitor is a free read-only seat. Manage is free while you spend under EUR 25,000 a month on Apple Ads, and above that costs 4% of the amount over the threshold, with three seats and unlimited apps, keywords and automations. If Apple Ads is what you came for and your spend is small, this genuinely costs nothing.

Market Intelligence

Download and revenue estimates sit in a fourth product. Starter is free with three seats and one month of history. Explore is EUR 659 a month billed monthly for twelve months of history and comparison tools, and Enterprise is quoted.

What buyers actually pay

AppTweak's larger deals are negotiated rather than bought off the page. Vendr, which aggregates anonymized buyer contracts, does not publish a median contract value for AppTweak, but describes the shape of the deals it sees: starter and growth purchases in the low-to-mid four figures a year, professional in the mid-to-high five figures, and enterprise from high five figures into low six figures. It also notes that buyers who combine multi-year terms with competitive positioning routinely land below the opening quote.

G2's listing is worth a glance for a different reason: it still shows an older AppTweak tier structure, with an ASO plan at EUR 69 a month and an API plan at EUR 166. That is a useful reminder that third-party pricing pages lag the vendor's own, and that AppTweak's list prices have moved upward.

Is AppTweak worth it?

For the buyer it is built for, yes, and it is worth being specific about who that is. AppTweak covers 100+ storefronts, carries six to twenty-four months of history on day one, estimates downloads and revenue, and includes creative and ad intelligence at the upper tiers. If you are an agency reporting on client apps across a dozen markets, or a publisher who needs to know what a competitor's install base looks like, no cheap tool replaces that.

For a developer with a handful of apps whose actual job is knowing where those apps rank, which keywords are worth chasing and what the competition changed last week, most of what EUR 949 a year buys goes unused, and the one seat and the separate API bill start to grate.

AppTweak Essential against a EUR 108-a-year plan

This is the comparison an indie developer is actually making, with both columns stated honestly, including the rows where AppTweak wins.

One row there is not a comparison so much as a gap: AppTweak has an AI screenshot library you can browse for inspiration, but no editor. AsoTheory ships an App Store screenshot maker as a free tool, six frames at the exact sizes each store expects, with one background flowing across the whole set.

The honest reading of that table: if you need 100+ storefronts, download estimates or ad intelligence, AppTweak is the right purchase and this is not a close call. If you need ranks, difficulty, competitor listings and an API for ten apps, AppTweak's entry plan costs about nine and a half times as much per year, and bills the API separately on top.
